The Yogic Sukshma Vyayama is a series of exercises that are preparing our body for the higher practices of Yoga. 

Without proper preparation, Yoga can cause imbalances and even injuries. One should not undertake any Yoga practice without preparing oneself properly. First of all, we have to adopt an adequate lifestyle. The Yogic Sukshma Vyayama, if practiced daily, is improving our health tremendously and helps us to establish an equilibrium inside our bodies. Without the practice of these exercises, one should not engage in Yoga practice, at all.
